We have used staffing agencies all over the country, and from my very first communication through to the post-conference invoicing I’ve never had a smoother time managing our staffing. I arrived at the conference with a lot of hope, though still trepidatious from prior years with other agencies.

Tina, your onsite supervisor, allayed any fears from the start. She checked everyone in and out, handled scheduling changes without any problems, and checked in with me throughout the event to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I heard rave reviews about her from all of my colleagues.

The quality of staff was superior to any we’ve had, and there are several people we wish we could take with us around the country.

Kathy managed our Student Showcase counter. I haven’t ever seen a temporary staff member take ownership of a position the way that she did. She made sure that she was prepared for every group that arrived, and even when a group of forty descended upon her she greeted them warmly and calmly. She never got frazzled, and was so good with the students that we thought she must have been a teacher.

Martin was another superstar. He’s very smart and learned how to operate a few of our different registration counters. He handled them professionally and with ease. One of the things we appreciated about him is that he asked questions whenever he didn’t understand something; they were good questions and let us know that he was really paying attention to details. He always stayed in good spirits and was happy to work long days, even when almost everyone else had gone home.

“Greeting” is a difficult position, as it involves a lot of standing, talking to people, and answering a multitude of questions. Tiffanie and Robert were incredibly upbeat greeters, maintaining smiles and energy throughout the long days. Every time I walked by they gave me huge smiles and said hello, making my conference experience brighter. I imagine they did the same for many attendees.
