Employee of the Month!
Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?
Tyra B. (TB): I was born and raised in Philadelphia.
PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?
TB: My prior work experience is in Management, at a reputable transportation company in the Philadelphia area. I also have a background in Office Management and Administrative Assistant roles.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
TB: I came to Philly Temps through ZipRecruiter in the summer of 2022.
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
TB: My hobbies are traveling and shopping. I love to travel the world and learn different cultures and other ways of life. I always make sure that I bring a piece of the culture back home as a souvenir. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I recently became a grandmother to a sweet baby girl and she is the highlight of my life.
PT: What are your long-term career goals?
TB: My goal in life is to make a lot of money and own a business!
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
TB: My advice to potential employees is to work hard and let your name be known for integrity, determination, and dependability.
