Meet Leslie Z, January 2024's Employee of the Month!

Meet The Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for January 2024!

Finding the right person for a job should start with finding a good person.

A person who listens with intent; A person who is eager to learn and capable of teaching; A person who is prepared to follow the rules and creative enough to interpret them as needed; A person who is determined to be a team player and destined to be a stand out.

Philly Temps & Perm believes we found all of that and more when we hired Leslie Z! That is why we are shining the employee spotlight on her.

Lelsie’s unassuming disposition can bely her intense work ethic. She has brought to each task on each assignment the laser like focus she brings to her hobby of origami. Leslie also brings a patience and calm that is infectious. You just know whatever job she is doing, will be done correctly.

Leslie is keenly aware of everything that is happening around her and seems to be an expert at ‘changing gears’ as needed with little lead time.

Thank you, Leslie, for finding Philly Temps & Perm and for continuing your journey of being a good person!

You asked me how things went with Leslie yesterday -she is smarter than me, I don’t like that! She has been such a help.
