Lights, Camera, Leon!

The reason it has taken us over 5 years to choose Leon M. as the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of The Month is not because we didn’t know what a great job he did, it was that when he takes an assignment, he shows up to work and his laser like focus on customer service does not allow time for casual conversation.

Most of Leon’s experience with Philly Temps has been with the Convention & Event Team where he has a reputation for keeping things moving. When Leon is on the job, no one waits in line, no one has to read a sign, no one has a question left unanswered and no one walks away without a smile.

We are grateful for his dedication, work ethic, positive attitude and his flexibility.

We recently took the time to let to know Leon a little e better.
