Administrative Assistants- Part Time

Philly Temps staffs a variety of Administrative positions throughout Center City Philadelphia. Our clients include corporate, nonprofit, and higher education institutions. We are seeking poised, outgoing, and driven experienced administrative assistant for Part Time opportunities. Applicants should be motivated self-starters with keen computer skills willing to take on new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced office.

 

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

·         College Diploma

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment in an administrative role

·         Keen knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Required. Proven history of adapting to new computer programs a plus. We send computer testing to gauge your proficiency

·         General office skills including typing, filing, and comfort with email.

·         Excellent professional phone presentation

·         Effective interpersonal skills – ability to handle all kinds of personalities, work in a team environment and independently when required

·         Ability to multi-task and perform under a busy working atmosphere

·         Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to assist in the success of an office

·         Handle multiple deal assignments at one time, prioritizing and communicating about workload as needed
