Skills and Requirements:

  • Professional phone presentation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • History of scheduling and calendar management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritized, self-motivate, and multi-task with attention to detail
  • Willing to take on different tasks and special projects as needed
