April 2025 Employee of the Month!

Meet Renata R., the April Employee of the Month!

A true artist has an open mind, an empathetic spirit and an ability to see the big picture without missing the smaller details. Renata R has all of those traits and that is why we chose her as the Philly Temps & Perm employee of the Month for April 2025.

Starting out in retail, her choices have always had a creative undertone, from candle shops to museums, she honed her skills against a backdrop of art. Renatas appreciation of creativity is not only refreshing, but seems to help her notice the smallest of detail in every situation.

Renata believes that customer service is calling, not just a job. She pays attention in every interaction and truly wants to make sure each person she encounters feels heard, helped and happy.

Perhaps the fact that Renata is a musician may be why so many people go out of their way to sing her praises.

Thank you, Renata! Now let’s get to know you a little better.
