Sandra Allen is the Philly Temps Employee of the Month for October, 2016

The Philly Temps Employee of the Month for October, 2016 is Sandra Allen.

This month, in deciding who would be the EOM, we went by the numbers.

Number of years that Sandra has worked with us? 10

Number of Assignments that Sandra has completed for us? 314

Upon her retirement from Social Work, Sandra was referred to Philly Temps by a friend, who thought she would be a great addition to our team and that friend was right.

Sandi has worked as a Receptionist, File Clerk, Session Monitor, Badge Scanner, Registration Clerk, Envelope Stuffer, Cashier and Convention Supervisor.

Sandi says she is retired, but she is always reading, willing and able to perform any assignment we have for her. She performs each assignment with a professionalism that is a great example to the people just starting in the workforce.

Now back to the numbers. When you work with Sandi you know she will always be the 1st person there in the morning, the 1st person to make sure all tasks are complete before heading home, the 1st person to go to for advice and the 1st person to offer a sympathetic ear to someone who needs to vent.
