Knowing the value of being part of a team

December in Philadelphia brings cooler temperatures, Holiday festivities and a celebration of tradition. This year we have all had to spend more time alone, and it reminds us how important family can be. That is why we are excited to announce a special member of our work family as the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for December 2020.

Shawntae H. Has become an integral part of our Convention & Event staff since joining the team in 2019. Every client Shawntae has been assigned to work with has singled her out as an asset. This could be because she pays attention to detail while being trained on expectations or perhaps because she remains flexible and positive with a focus on results. It could be because Shawntae is, without exception, the first to arrive at every assignment and studies the environment to get a better understanding of our client’s goals.

This has been a challenging time for Conventions & Event staffing, and we are thrilled toc celebrate someone like Shawntae who has risen to the challenges and continued to deliver.

 Thank you Shawntae!

Thank you for allowing us to name you as the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of The Month for November 2020!
