Employee of the Month: April 2026

Stitching Together Different Experiences: April 2026 Employee of the Month

To say that Doug K is well-read is an understatement, as he holds four degrees.

To say that Doug K is engaged does not skim the surface of his involvement in his community

To say that Doug K is open to new experiences does not do justice to his life’s experiences and the way he carries them with him.

To say that Doug K is the Philly Temps and Perm Employee of the Month for April 2026 is spot on!

With so much experience in education, we should not be surprised at how much Doug has taught us. He reminds us to listen with intent and retain all of the information. He reminds us that paying attention to the smaller details makes the bigger picture that much clearer and, perhaps most importantly, being kind is a mindset that is contagious.

Thank you, Doug!
