Employee of the Month: March 2026
Choosing a candidate for a job is a lot like shopping at a craft store. You need to read the signs to know which aisle to shop, you need to read the specifics on each package to ensure you’re choosing the right tools, you need to be able to ask appropriate questions and finally, you have to keep in mind an image of the final project so that you know all the pieces will fit.
With an eye for design, a penchant for needle work and a great attitude, Assata A. brings a diligence to the workplace that could be considered an art.
She has a balance of creativity and logic that is for some, is challenging to balance, but not for Assata! She uses her whole brain to execute whatever task is in front of her making the art make sense and making logic more fun.
That is why she is successful and that is why she is the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for March 2026.

Assata A (AA): Thank you so much! I’m honored and grateful to be selected as the Employee of the Month. I appreciate all that Philly Temps has done to help me get to this position.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
AA: I heard about Philly Temps from doing a Google search in my area for local temp agencies.
PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.
AA: My most memorable experience working with Philly Temps has been the staff. Alexis and Mellissa have been attentive and supportive of me.
PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop / visit?
AA: My favorite place to shop at the moment is Michaels.
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
AA: My hobbies outside of work are crocheting, knitting, sewing and traveling with my family.
PT: What are your long-term career goals?
AA: My long-term career goal is to become a full-time Fashion Designer, creating clothes that make people feel confident and cherished.
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
AA: My advice to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps is to be diligent, transparent and determined.
