December 2025 Employee of the Month!
The key to great journalism is listening to all the information you can and translating that information to a cohesive and straight forward chronicle. When Kaleah M. is listening to you, don’t mistake her quiet demeanor for anything than her absorbing your words preparing her to react in the most effective way possible. This is what first made us think she was a perfect fit to be Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for December.
Share the details of a job and Kaleah can process the information and decide if she thinks it is good fit. Explain expectations and Kaleah can concoct a plan for success. Describe a function and Kaleah can execute it. All of this while keeping an open mind, a welcoming attitude and a smile that makes everyone around her feel welcomed in her orbit.
While making the decision for the Employee of the Month, our team took to the time to listen to the feedback from our clients and to hear the words of Kaleah’s coworkers and we are proud to report how happy we are that she is on our team.
Thank you, Kaleah!
Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?
Kaleah M. (KM): I was born and raised in Philly.
PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?
KM: My background is in journalism, that is what I received my B.A. in and prior to joining Philly Temps I worked in newsrooms for over five years.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
KM: Oddly enough I didn't, I just did a random search on Google earlier this year looking for temp agencies in Philly and Philly Temps popped up first.
PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.
KM: My most memorable experience with the agency is definitely working on the events side this summer at the Chinese Lantern Festival. It's one of the longer assignments so it was fun getting to meet so many people in the agency in-person.
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
KM: I love reading, cooking and watching movies. I am also a huge family person, so most of my time outside of work I spend with my family.
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
My advice would be to be flexible and open to doing things that are maybe outside your comfort zone and always do a great job no matter the task.
Thanks again for the recognition!
