June 2025 Employee of the Month!
You Can Take The Man Out of Philly, But You Can’t take Philly Out of The Man
Some people talk about what a great city Philadelphia is and some people believe it so profoundly that their pride shines through. Jim P. falls into the latter category and while that is not the only reason he is the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the month for June, it certainly cannot be denied.
Jim makes it a point to help coworkers, clients and neighbors feel at ease in his presence. He has a calm and good humor that is infectious and makes each assignment a positive experience. This is not limited to the people he knows, Jim is genuinely excited by welcoming strangers to the city and making sure their experience surpasses their expectations. All of this has made Jim a perfect fit for our Convention and Event positions where he quickly grew into a leadership role. His example is one that makes people want to do as good a job as he is doing and enjoy it as much he is.
Each meeting, each job and each conversation with Jim not only ends with a job well done but also with a smile on the face of all involved.
Jim’s work ethic and positive attitude are examples of a great candidate to represent any business and it’s also what makes us so proud to have him on our team.
Thank you Jim for agreeing to let us shine the spotlight on you.
