Meet the June 2026 Employee of the Month, Paul:

Renovating a career is like renovating a home. Once you have a vision, it takes planning, building, focus and structure. Paul M. has the perfect tools for this and that is one of the reasons we have chosen him as Philly temps & Perm Employee of the Month for June 2026.

After going permanent with our client, Paul is now available, years later, once again to offer his creativity, calm demeanor, vision and seemingly endless good will to Philly Temps and their clients, and he has proven once again to be a super star.

 Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?

Paul M. (PM): Combined seventeen years.

PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps? 

PM: I've worked in development and customer service for the past couple decades.

PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?

PM: A friend pointed me in the right direction after I moved back to the city and needed new connections to find work.

PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps. 

PM:  It's less a memory and more a thing worthy of mention. Twice in eleven years they managed to get my foot in a specific door I was trying to open. 

PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop, visit, or grab lunch?

PM: Han Dynasty and Old Nelson are great lunch spots in University City.

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?  

PM: I am an amateur woodworker/DIYer with an ever growing list of projects. I also have planted aquariums and play D&D.

PT: What are your long-term career goals? 

PM: I want to run customer service for a company that's doing some good in the world.

PT: What do you think has contributed most to your success on assignment?

PM: I take corrections and guidance well. I always try to listen to more experienced voices.

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps? 

PM: Treat assignments as opportunities. Take only the ones you want and embrace the chance.
