Employee of the Month: July 2026

Meet the July 2026 Employee of the Month, Celina:

Art is generally associated with subjective expression, creativity, and interpretation, while logic is tied to objective reasoning, structure, and validity. When you have an artist that is also a logical thinker, you get the Philly Temps & Perm employee of the Month for July 2026.

Celina E. has many traits that hold her in good stead in the world of art and in the world of business, but communicative, adaptable, innovative, articulate and diligent are the ones that first come to mind. Perhaps Celina’s true talent is knowing how to creatively follow the rules and uniformly create change to improve every outcome.

Don’t let the quite demeanor fool you, Celina is an asset because she know how to get the job done and she know how to stay happy and open minded doing it. It’s truly an art.

Thank you, Celina!

Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?

Celina E. (CE):  I've lived in Philadelphia for 7 years now.

PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?

CE: I worked primarily in events and local/student media in management/admin and media production.

PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.

CE:  I got to work briefly at the Academy of Vocal Arts, which is an opera school in Rittenhouse square. It was really cool and inspiring to get to listen to music every day at work, learn about opera/classical music and get to know the students and teachers! They were kind enough to let me attend a performance of the opera that they were working on, which was a lovely experience.

CE: Do you have a favorite local place to shop, visit, or grab lunch?

PM: I love to shop at the vintage stores along south street, and see live music at local venues like Johnny Brenda's and Underground Arts.

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

CE I am a musician, filmmaker, artist and writer. I'm passionate about horror, local media, music and history.

PT: What are your long-term career goals?

CE: I would like to work in local arts and media, ideally in a creative and community-focused role!

PT: What do you think has contributed most to your success on assignment?

CE: I think that Philly Temps is really great with communication and making sure that I have all the information I need for an assignment. Aside from just my past experiences and work values, this has set me up for success a lot. Huge shout out to Alexis for all the help!

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?

CE: Be responsive, open minded and willing to learn in new environments!
