Employee of the Month: October 2026

Meet the October 2026 Employee of the Month, Natalia:

We see words like collaborated, partnered, coordinated, supported and facilitated on resumes almost every day, however it is not as often that we see those words successfully come to life through action. That is exactly what we found with the Philly Temps & perm Employee of the Month for October 2026.

Natalia has a  focus and determination that has held her in good stead in a career of Executive Support. The positive attitude that Natalia leads with has also made a lasting impression on all that have worked with her.

While relatively new to Philadelphia, Natalia has already made her mark and Philly Temps is lucky that she found us.

It is true that a picture is worth a thousand words and it is also true that this artist makes certain those words mean something.

Natalia R. (NR): 5 months

PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps? 

NR: I worked at a nonprofit for 4 years and currently work as a freelance artist 

PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?

NR: Google search

PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop, visit, or grab lunch?

NR: NR: Puyero Venezuelan Flavor on South Street 

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?  

NR: Reading and visiting art museums 

PT: What are your long-term career goals? 

NR: Earn my Masters and grow my art business. 

PT: What do you think has contributed most to your success on assignment?

NR: Being willing to jump in and learn as I go. 

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps? 

NR: Be open to new experiences—you never know where an assignment will take you!
