September 2025 Employee of the Month! (Copy)
Charlene N. doesn’t simply manage a project, she dives in and immerses herself in each part, taking the time to understand the nuance without ever taking her eye off of the big picture. This is one of the many reasons we want to present her as the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for September.
Charlene is experienced in writing proposals, organizing and leading departments, customer service and a plethora of other administrative support tasks. She has proven herself so capable in any office situation that she has always risen to the top in every environment she has been in, always being tasked with higher level duties, and always executing each task with professionalism and, perhaps more important, a positive attitude.
Philly Temps has been so impressed with her work that sometimes, when you call our office, it is Charlene’s voice you hear on the other end of the phone.
Her sunny outlook is contagious and her determination to excel at every job while taking the time to make everyone she encounters feel heard and seen is a standard to which we should all strive.
Thank you Charlene!
