Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?
Benjamin M. (BM): 5 years
PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?
BM: Before joining Philly Temps, I was completing my undergraduate degree, working various part time jobs, and internships. The jobs ranged from retail, restaurant, to media production.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
BM: I heard of Philly Temps through my father, he recommended them as a great resource to find employment following graduating college.
PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.
BM: My most memorable experience working with Philly Temps was working as an election voting machine technician for the City of Philadelphia during the 2020 Presidential Election.
PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop / visit?
BM: Elixir is my favorite coffee shop in the city to visit!
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
BM: My favorite hobby is to go on long walks, and to enjoy nice days outside.
PT: What are your long-term career goals?
BM: I am working to serve in a management or supervisory role as a next step in my career.
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
BM: My advice is to always be open and give a chance to whatever opportunities may come your way.
