Tisha’s work experience has been largely in the healthcare environment, which makes perfect sense when you realize how much she enjoys being around people. You realize that within moments of meeting her - she has a a quiet dignity that puts everyone at ease.
She listens intently to what is being said and asks questions indicating that she is not only paying attention but is excited to engage. Tisha’s eagerness to learn equips her with a thoroughness and precision in accomplishing a task. This makes her a great candidate for any job and a favorite among coworkers.

Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?
Tisha M. (TM): I lived here for 11 years, 2 months. I am originally from Philly. I moved back to Philly in June 2015.
PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?
TM: My work experience prior to Philly Temps is a Senior Administrative Assistant/Office Manager.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
TM: I did a google search for Employment Agencies in Philadelphia.
PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.
TM: My most memorable experience was my biggest and longest assignment when I joined with a team of 15 co-workers to assist physicians with their ID Badge Registration. I admired our team work and team effort to assist each other with effectively completing our assignment
PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop, visit, or grab lunch?
TM: I love to shop at Ross and grab lunch at Chili's once in a while.
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
TM: My hobbies are enjoying a good movie, concert, or sporting event and my interest is helping to build a church ministry and to revitalize a community and/or neighborhood.
PT: What are your long-term career goals?
TM: My long-term career goals is to become a Certified Nursing Assistant Tutor and establish an Healthcare Care Team
PT: What do you think has contributed most to your success on assignment?
TM: I believe taking accountability on how I complete my job duties has contributed to my success. I strive to be compliant in the following areas: being on time, having a professional demeanor, delivering superb customer service and ensuring I have the technical skills and knowledge needed to complete my job duties effectively.
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
TM: My advice to prospective candidates would be the following: be on time for their assignment,
ensure they understand their job assignment, acknowledge if they have the skills to complete the job assignment, and know Philly Temps and the Client's expectations for you completing your job duties, strive to perform you job duties at your highest level, and be flexible and be a team player
